BUSINESS NAMES AND OPERATIONS

RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd operates the RS Rewards, RS Active and RS Rewards Supermarkets businesses, brands, platforms and services.

References in these Terms to “RS Rewards”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd and, where the context permits, include the businesses, brands, divisions, platforms and trading names operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd, including RS Rewards, RS Active and RS Rewards Supermarkets.

RS Rewards, RS Active and RS Rewards Supermarkets are operated by the same legal entity and under the same Australian Business Number. They are not separate legal entities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, memberships, products, goods and services offered through RS Rewards, RS Active and RS Rewards Supermarkets are supplied or made available by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase, activation, access and use of memberships, subscriptions, products, goods, services, benefits, websites, applications, digital platforms, supermarket and retail services, fitness and wellness services, events, partner offers, promotional activities and related offerings supplied or made available by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd through any of its brands, businesses or platforms.

A membership, product, service or benefit may be advertised, sold, administered, invoiced, processed, fulfilled, delivered, collected or accessed through a different RS Rewards brand or platform from the brand or platform through which it was originally purchased.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products offered under the RS Rewards or RS Active brands may also be offered, sold, fulfilled or made available as part of the RS Rewards Supermarkets product range, Member Marketplace or another authorised RS Rewards sales channel.

References to an RS Rewards product, RS Active product, RS Rewards Supermarkets product, supermarket product or Member Marketplace product identify the applicable brand, product range or sales channel only. They do not mean that the product is supplied by a separate legal entity.

By purchasing, activating, accessing or using a membership, product, service, benefit, platform or account, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

PART A – MEMBERSHIP PLATFORM TERMS

1. ABOUT RS REWARDS

1.1 RS Rewards is a membership-based lifestyle, rewards, retail, supermarket, fitness, wellness and experiences platform operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

1.2 The RS Rewards platform includes memberships, products, goods, services and benefits offered through RS Rewards, RS Active, RS Rewards Supermarkets and any other brand, business division, platform or sales channel operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd from time to time.

1.3 Membership may provide access to benefits including:

Member discounts and partner offers;
Fitness and wellness programs;
RS Active coaching and training services;
Nutrition guidance and educational content;
Mobile applications and digital tools;
Community events and social experiences;
Sporting, entertainment and VIP experiences;
Member challenges and campaigns;
Merchandise and physical products;
Exclusive member content;
Travel and accommodation offers;
Member supermarket and wholesale-style shopping benefits;
Grocery, household and retail purchasing discounts;
Products offered through RS Rewards Supermarkets or the Member Marketplace;
Products offered under the RS Rewards or RS Active brands;
Member rewards draws;
Daily Member Rewards Draw opportunities;
The Vault weekly rewards program;
Marvel Stadium corporate box experiences;
Member-only event access; and
Promotional activities and trade promotions.

1.4 Memberships, products, services and benefits purchased or accessed through one RS Rewards brand may be recognised, administered, processed, fulfilled or made available through another brand operated by RS Rewards Club Pty Ltd.

1.5 Eligible products offered under the RS Rewards or RS Active brands may form part of the product range offered through RS Rewards Supermarkets, the Member Marketplace or another RS Rewards retail channel.

1.6 Promotional activities form only a minor component of the overall RS Rewards membership and product offering.

1.7 The primary purpose of membership is to provide access to discounts, supermarket and retail benefits, fitness and wellness services, rewards, experiences, events, partner benefits, products and digital membership services.

1.8 Benefits, products and services may vary between membership types, brands, platforms, geographic locations and sales channels and may change from time to time.

2. MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY

2.1 Membership is available to individuals aged 18 years or older unless otherwise specified.

2.2 Members must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating an account or purchasing a membership.

2.3 Members are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.

2.4 Memberships are personal and may not be transferred, sold, assigned or shared without our prior written approval.
