When will entries close?
Entries for this competition will close at 2:30pm on Sunday 22/3/26.
When will the prize be drawn?
Our winner will be drawn at 2:30pm the same day (Sunday 22/3/26) live on our Facebook and Instagram pages, at the Aus Fitness Expo in Melbourne.
How do you select the winner?
We use a fair and exciting digital draw system to select our winners.
Note: We are no longer allocating entry numbers due to the number generation system causing technical issues. Your name will be in the draw x the amount of entries you have purchased.
How do I check results?
Results will be published to our social media accounts (Instagram and Facebook) following the live draw, and will also be displayed on the ‘Winners’ tab on our website.
Our live draws are ALWAYS posted to our social media pages, where anyone can re-watch and catch up on the fun!

Where’s my confirmation email?
You will have received a confirmation email with your order details in your inbox. Please also check your junk folder. If you have not received your confirmation email, it is likely that there is a spelling error in your email, or your mailbox provider has blocked our sending email. If you believe this has happened, please send an email to info@rsrewards.com.au, and mark us as a safe sender.

Yes. We have partner discounts Australia wide, so every customer is able to use them. Regarding our giveaways, please consult your state governments eligibility criteria before making a purchase.
