Do I need a membership to shop?
No. Anyone can shop RS Markets and RS Meals and check out as a guest at the public price. A membership gets you the member price on every line, deeper partner network access and cheaper delivery. You can also create an account without a membership if you just want your addresses and orders saved.
How does member pricing work?
Every product shows two prices: the public price anyone pays, and the member price. Members pay the member price on every line, not on a selected list of specials. Both prices appear on your receipt, so you can always see what the membership saved you.
Does my membership automatically enter me into promotions?
Giveaway entry is changing from 1 January 2027. Under the new requirements, RS Rewards membership will no longer automatically enter members into promotions — to enter, members will need to make a qualifying purchase associated with that promotion. Where are RS services available?
Enter your postcode at checkout and we'll confirm delivery to your area and your delivery window before you pay. RS Markets is an online supermarket, so there is no store to visit.
How do I cancel?
From your account, in two clicks, at any time. No phone call and no retention process. Your membership runs to the end of the period you've paid for and you keep member pricing until then. After that you can still shop at the public price, and your order history and receipts stay available.
